​​HOSA is an international student organization recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Health Science Education (HSE) Division of Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE).
Our Story
Our chapter of HOSA at Vista Del Lago started during the 2022-2023 school year. We started with around 20 members, with just one advisor. Since then, we've seen a huge increase in interest and participation, and we have over 65 active members this year and multiple co-advisors!
For the 2023-2024 school year, we have multiple events, outreach projects, community service projects, and study sessions planned to actively include all our members in various activities. This blog is our way of documenting our year together, and our way of inspiring others to take action in their communities as well.
